Refund policy

All items at The Golf Lab are made to order through our production partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if there is an issue caused by us, we will do our best to make it right.

We will do our best to offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • There is a printing or manufacturing error

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will do our best to provide a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted
  • Be sure to review sizing charts and product details before ordering
